The challenge – Founded in 1978 by five major Israeli banks to operate ATMs, SHVA later became the sole provider of credit transaction infrastructure in the country. In recent years, the company has undergone significant changes; it has become a public company, its management has been replaced, and it has begun developing advanced technological solutions for open banking services and new payment methods. As part of its repositioning strategy, it needed to build a solid foundation for its new, technological, and advanced image by repositioning its old and outdated perception
